After my mother unexpectedly passed, I inherited a house that had been essentially abandoned for almost a decade and a half- and had been ransacked and lived in by squatters. We discussed how upset I was, not just at the condition of the home, but also that I had lost so many of the physical reminders of my childhood that had been in that home.

He agreed to take our job and, though it made his work harder, sifted through the rubble and destroyed items to find as many keepsakes as possible- family photos and childhood memorabilia. Thoroughly sterilizing each item for me as much as possible before leaving. In addtion, the house was spotless, and his team removed all of the contaminated items.

On their last day at the house, his team welcomed us back to see the transformation and allow us to express our gratitude. I honestly hope that no-one should have to ever hire this type of cleaning service, but I am eternally grateful that Mr. Jones and his team do exist. I would recommend them to anyone who has found themselves being in need of a professional forensic restoration company for any similar situations.
